MC2 Audio announces the appointment of Stuart Down as International Sales and Technical Support. The promotion from UK Sales Engineer, Stuart’s position for the past two years, reflects MC2’s confidence in Stuart and the company’s ethos of maximising its resources for the benefit of its customers.

Stuart spent his first year with MC2 as part of the technical team, where he gained a sound knowledge and understanding of MC2’s products before moving into sales in 2004. 10 years experience as a sound engineer in theatres and on live music productions prior to joining MC2 gave him a thorough knowledge of the wider aspects of pro audio.

MC2 is pleased with its new appointment and Stuart is now looking forward to expanding his horizons in this new role. “Stuart has gained a very thorough knowledge of both our products, our distribution network and the needs of our end customers,” comments MC2 managing director Ian McCarthy. “It has been my desire for some time to change the structure at MC2 to allow us to take the next logical step in our growth. Stuart has proved himself in all areas of the business and he will be a valuable asset in his new role.”
